Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what the Mavericks Homepage Blueprint tool collects, why it is used, and how long it is kept. It is maintained by Mavericks Web.
What we collect
While you build a blueprint, your answers (business name, main service, service area, design choices, and the wording you pick) are saved in your own browser so you can come back later.
When you choose Email Me My Blueprint, we save your blueprint to our database and create an unlisted link to it. We send the email to the address you enter.
When you choose Send My Blueprint to Jack, we also store your name, business name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, your message, and the time you agreed to be contacted, so Jack can follow up with you.
Why we use it
To email you your blueprint link, to let Jack review your blueprint and contact you when you ask him to, and to protect the tool from abuse (basic rate limiting).
We do not sell your personal information.
The one follow-up email
If you use Email Me My Blueprint, Jack sends one follow-up email about a week later to see how your planning is going. That is the only follow-up — there is no ongoing email series. Every follow-up email includes a cancel link, and you can cancel at any time.
If you cancel, we keep a one-way, scrambled version of your email address (a hash) so we can honor your unsubscribe request and never schedule another promotional follow-up for you. That hash is kept indefinitely for that purpose and cannot be read back as your email address.
How long we keep things
- Email Me My Blueprint records: the delivery record is deleted automatically eight days after it is created. The plain email address and name used for that send are not retained in our database.
- Follow-up records: deleted automatically 24 hours after the follow-up time has passed or 24 hours after a confirmed cancellation, whichever comes first. Records for follow-ups that failed to schedule are deleted no later than eight days after they were created.
- Send My Blueprint to Jack leads: the stored name, email, phone, preferred contact method, message, and consent time are deleted automatically seven days after the lead is successfully delivered to the Mavericks inbox. If a delivery is still pending or failed, the record is kept a little longer so the lead is not lost, and is deleted after 30 days at the latest.
- Your blueprint: kept until you ask us to delete it, so your link keeps working.
- Unsubscribe hashes: kept so we can honor your opt-out.
Deleting these contact and delivery records never deactivates or changes your saved blueprint link.
Your blueprint link
Your blueprint link is unlisted — it is not indexed or listed anywhere — but anyone who has the link can view the blueprint. Share it only with people you want to see it.
Your contact information is never shown on that page: the public blueprint page does not display your email address, phone number, or any message you sent to Jack.
Deleting your information
You can ask us to delete your blueprint or any contact information at any time. Call or text Mavericks Web at 720-255-4746 or simply reply to any email you have received from Mavericks Web.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the Homepage Blueprint tool is used in general — for example, how many page views a page receives and whether major steps, such as starting a blueprint or finishing one, are completed.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, blueprint wording, contact messages, or private link tokens to Analytics. Page addresses that contain a private link are shortened before they are recorded, so the link itself is not sent.
Analytics runs only on the published blueprint.mavericksweb.com website — not on preview links or local development.
